Kai Art International (K.A.I)

Riverside International Automotive Museum invited me for "Legends of Riverside 2".

I be there on 26th to 28 th March. 

I was back from 80F Florida to snowy Lebec on Sunday.                                                                 Art show was great and many people visit North Miami Lexus dealer.

Also I visit Ferrari Club of America Florida region luncheon party and I met great Ferrari owners and had great Italian food on Saturday.

I will go Miami Beach Florida on Nov 30th to Dec 6th but this is not vacation.                                     Art Basel Miami Beach art show is  biggest art show in North America.                                     They will display my 50 cutaway drawing and 10 paints.                                                            Check their website www.artbaselmiamibeach.com

We has big party on Dec 2nd.                                I want see my fan in Florida at there.

Last 2 days I got over 10 e-mails from Z31 lovers for about request of Nissan Z31 cutaway drawing.

But last 2 drawing (Alpine A110 got only 2 orders, Triumph TR6 was ZERO!) were not success and it

was just waste my time. 

I'm back to my original style, it is commission work for car manufactures or highend my clients.

It is same my other job Studio Time Capsule too.

I open my business to public for share beautiful hand made aluminum car or panel with reasonable price,but nobody order it.

I'm sorry I closed door fo public again. 

I hope many people enjoy my artwork but I can not draw Z31 drawing now.

I finished Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo drawing and mail out all of orders.

Thank you for many support and orders.

Already I made 240Z to 350Z,also I made a couple of racing model Z.

I start Alpine A110 drawing.

This moment I have no idea for next Z drawing but I'm sure I will make some Z drawing for Z lovers. 

Already I donated this poster to Datsun Heritage Museum and Texas Z convention.

After this I want start draw Alpine A110 but Twinturbo net people pushed me for Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo drawing.

I'm sorry Renault fan but I'm sure I will make Alpine A110 too.

I'm so excited about still I can work hard my age.

One year  ago I made this website myself.

I'm not computer guy and I had no idea for make website but last January I tried make it with out any kind help.

I know this website has no good indication and my broken English(they call Shinglish!) but every day so many people visit this website and send a lot of e-mail to me.

I had so many friends through this website.

Also two month later I start STC website, it is big hit too and Dec 23rd over 6000 people visited STC website only one day !

Last year I made just 2 drawings but this year I will make more drawing.

On September 12th I went to Murrieta CA for opening Datsun Heritage Museum.

Big disappointment but I'm back!

I'm a member of Triumph Club and many club member said make cutaway drawing of Triumph.

Also they said TR6 is best (personally I do not have interested in this car but it is business) and I start drawing also I show up all process of drawing on this website.

90% done I start selling poster but nobody order!

I disappointed and I know Triumph people has no interested in this kind artwork.

I was shock and I could not hold darwing pen last two month.

Forget Triumph people(I have two early Triumph Spitfires and still I like Triumph!) now I restart drawing for just my favorite cars.

Already I have a lot of collectors of my Porsche,

Lotus,Alfa Romeo,Abarth,Ferrari etc etc.

I want draw for these peoples.

I will draw Porsche Carrera GT and show up all process on this website again.

Mr.Masui drove up to my shop by his rare 1983' Matra Murena 2.2.

 He imported this car from Japan!

Same time I was fixing rear break of my Murena.

Two Matras in my shop and looks like French country side small car garage.

Last weekend I went to Los Angels and visit John Morton's home and West Coast Z national Convention by my Matra.

A lot of people around me (not me, around Matra!)

and ask me about this car.

Total I drove over 360 miles and next morning I fill up gas, only 10 gallon!

It is 36 mpg better than small Triumph Spitfire.

But I found break pads is almost gone and while I get it from French,I has use other relief car again.

New relief car is 1964' Panhard 24 CT.

This car has air cooled flat twin 850cc engine with 4 speed and reach to 100 mph maximum!

This is relief car has beautiful timeless design.

I went to West Coast Z National Convention.

My signing table was just side of Steve Millen's

Le Mans 300ZX!

 I went to Steve Millen's shop in Costa Mesa California,it is round trip 300 miles!

I gave 300ZX poster #75 to him and he sign on my posters.

Already passed middle of April but unusual weather has cold atmospherie to this mountain.

I prepared for gas saver car by Triumph Spitfire but convertible is no good for cold weather.

Now I have relief car for gas saver.

It is Matra Murena 2.2 made in French.

This is mid ship sports car with 3 seater!

Engine switch from Talbot sedan 4 cylinder 2.2L.

This is big torque and great gasmilage 32mpg!

Also has big size trunk room.

Soft suspension and fablic seat make comfortable driving.

Now I enjoy it. 

I painted center pillar to matt black.

Rear view is wide like 5 liter sports car class! 

Unique design steering wheel!

I went to Queens-English Car Show on Sunday.

I wake up 3:30AM for watch Fomula 1 race and rushed to that show.

I drove my Lotus, it was great running but had many vibration and noise! 

I met friends and watch many interest cars. 

It was a wonderful day!

Banzai! I finished 300ZX lithograph this morning.

From New Year Day I made 2 lithographs,I had 5 years blank and I'm afraid to speed and quality.

Now I'm so happy, still I can do it!

I want give my brain a rest and start next job.

This Sunday I bring my Lotus Elite to Queens-English Car Show and enjoy meet friends.

Spring has come!

Opening great mountain drive season.

I'm a member of "Mountain Road Runner",this is local small car club for car lovers.

We enjoy mountain drive with any kind cars also have lunch and talking about cars.

This club has no member fee and wide open door

to any people.

They are wonderful people and car crazy!

I'm sure you can enjoy meet these people and drive in beautiful mountain road.

New comer of my collection!

This is famous Citroen H van 1972'.

Originally Citroen H series released on 1947!

This is my birth year meaning 60 years ago Citroen

had this unique design and idea .

Front wheel drive,light weight corrugated panels,

Tall cargo room (over 6') and great gasmailage.

I beleived still this concept is good to today's delivery truck.

I pushed to GM and presented this concept for their future delivery truck,but they do not have interested in this project.

Still they concentrate big gas eator SUV or truck!

In the future I will make this concept truck myself.

Now!2008 

I found old photos of my Fiat Cabriolet.

I owned Fiat 1600S Cabriolet in Japan 35 years ago.

Now I have same 1500 Cabriolet in my grage.

You see I was young and hair is black!

Amazingly, 35 years ago I bought this car $4000 and last year I get this car $4000!

This is one of my project cars.

1960' DB PANHARD HBR5.

This is very rare car and used Panhard air cooled flat twin 850cc engine on tube frame with special design fiberglass body.

Only 850cc but light weight and aero dynamic body take to over 100mph maximum!

I found this car at Texas when it was terrible condition,still I has make new fuel tank or brake system.

Early 60's This DB price was almost same with Austin Hearly 3000 or MG A twin cam!

 1964' Triumph Spitfire 4 runs now!

This car was vintage race car project but rise  gasoline  price then I pull out this car from my collection for save gas daily drive car.

I work to clean up and fix fuel pump and now it run!

I believe it is best way for save money because

this car was only $1500, no smog test, still great

design body, 35mpg gasmailage, reasonable parts price,simple mechanism is easy for fix. two seater is enough for daily drive.

Do not buy expensive hybrid car,buy old sports

car!
